Amid the transformation trend toward intelligentization, green development, high quality, and low energy consumption, Xinhongxin Ceramics partnered with DLT. The "4.0 Energy Efficiency Benchmark" DFC firing kiln built by DLT was recently ignited and commissioned, not only achieving the reliable performance of "commissioning with full production capacity" but also laying a solid foundation for Xinhongxin's annual production capacity release.
This kiln integrates DLT's latest digital intelligent control and management system, KHI kiln insulation reinforcement system, DHR heat recovery system, PPC combustion air group control system, and other energy-saving technologies. It is also equipped with the RAIM remote visual inspection kiln walking monitoring system, which enables comprehensive real-time monitoring of kiln production conditions and captures real-time operation images for remote control. This not only reduces costs and improves efficiency but also helps Xinhongxin achieve new breakthroughs in green intelligent manufacturing and product quality.
