On March 28, a grand ignition ceremony was held at the 5A Intelligent Factory of New Pearl Group's Sanshui Base for its 5A intelligent double-deck roller kiln production line. This kiln is the third double-deck roller kiln built by DLT for New Pearl, designed to the standard of "leading for five years, not lagging behind for ten," representing the current industry-leading level.

This production line integrates three sets of YP8390 Automatic Hydraulic Tile Presses, one third-generation Nymph-5A Series narrow-body double-deck roller kiln, which is newly constructed and upgraded based on the Carboneutral series, and one high-efficiency power-saving self-circulating six-layer dryer.

5A Intelligent Narrow-Body Double-Deck Roller Kiln
Adopts a layered independent control design, balancing airflow distribution within the kiln, temperature uniformity, and production efficiency, and is adaptable to various firing processes for products of different specifications. With a stable kiln structure and precise independent temperature control, it can be flexibly customized according to product specifications. It is a next-generation 5A industrial firing equipment that achieves efficient energy saving, high space utilization, high quality, strong compatibility, and flexible production in one step.
* The upper layer can produce 900×1800mm products with a designed daily capacity of 14,000 m²/day.

With a full-process intelligent digital management and control system, it meets the core challenges of new national standards. After commissioning, it will drive further advancement and implementation of double-deck kiln technology in the industry, demonstrating the effectiveness of integrating AI technology.
