On March 26, the 5A intelligent firing kiln constructed by DLT was successfully ignited at Shenyang Zhonglian Smart Home. This not only adds new momentum to Zhonglian Smart Home but also sets a benchmark for the transformation and upgrading of the ceramic capital in Northeast China.
Zhonglian Smart Home's business covers smart home design, as well as the trading of building materials, ceramic products, hardware products, and ceramic manufacturing. As a representative ceramic enterprise in Faku, it was also the first in Faku to launch 450×900mm full-body porcelain rustic tiles. Its products are exported to over thirty countries and regions worldwide, receiving high recognition in the international market.
In 2017, as part of its production line upgrade strategy, Zhonglian Smart Home collaborated with DLT for the first time on an industrial "4.0 Energy Efficiency Benchmark" DFC firing kiln, which not only achieved energy savings and consumption reduction but also drove a qualitative leap in product quality.
To further enhance brand influence, the two parties joined forces again in 2024. Two EM Series High-Efficiency Self-Circulating 6-Layer Dryers have been successively put into operation, and one industrial "4.0 Energy Efficiency Benchmark" DFC firing kiln was ignited and commissioned on March 26. Specializing in double-zero water absorption full-body porcelain series and rustic full-body double-feed series products in specifications such as 600×1200mm and 800×1800mm, this positions Zhonglian as one of the few domestic manufacturers mastering this specification technology.
The firing kiln now commissioned is equipped with a Kiln Digital Control System and incorporates advanced modules such as the EHI Kiln Insulation Reinforcement System, DHR Heat Recovery System, PPC Combustion Air Group Control System, and KPR-S Combustion Air Heating Energy-Saving System. While achieving energy conservation, consumption reduction, and low-carbon green production, it comprehensively elevates product quality and production efficiency to new heights.
