HLT Shines at PM CHINA 2026 with Soft Magnetic Material Pressing Solutions

2026-03-25

From March 24 to 26, the 18th China International Powder Metallurgy Exhibition grandly opened at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). This edition covered a total area of 55,000 m², bringing together over 80,000 professional visitors from around the world and more than 1,000 Chinese and international exhibitors, showcasing technological breakthroughs and innovative solutions across the entire industrial chain.

Currently, the powder metallurgy industry is ushering in a golden period of technological innovation and market expansion. New technologies, new processes, and new materials continue to emerge, with product applications penetrating from traditional manufacturing into emerging sectors such as new energy vehicles, 5G communications, and humanoid robots. As the core link bridging powder pretreatment and sintering processes, pressing equipment directly determines the performance foundation of final products. As the industry accelerates its transition toward high-end manufacturing, higher demands are being placed on pressing equipment.

At this exhibition, HLT presented its second-generation metal powder presses — YPM680 and YPM1500 — at Booth B098, Hall 2.1. With advantages such as wide applicability, high precision, and stable operation, the PM Series attracted numerous professional visitors for discussions. This not only demonstrated HLT's deep technical expertise and innovative strength in the field of pressing equipment but also precisely responded to the industry's demand for automated, flexible, and green production with outstanding production efficiency and intelligent control capabilities.

The YPM Series Press for Metal Powder is compatible with pressing a wide range of materials, covering ferrous and non-ferrous metal powders, ceramic powders, corundum, cemented carbide powders, rare-earth permanent magnets, ferrite, diamond, graphite powder, and more. It effectively enhances production precision and efficiency, fully meeting diversified production needs.

Key features:

- Ultra-strong fatigue resistance and load-bearing stability, ensuring motion precision;
- Reliable "pump control + valve control" technology, offering both high power and environmental energy efficiency;
- Powerful electrical control system with human-machine interface, featuring fast operation speed, high repeat accuracy, and flexible, convenient control;
- Strong anti-interference sensors and SSI displacement sensors for more accurate, stable, and higher-precision pressure and filling control;
- Seamless connection to industrial internet platforms, enabling production data sharing and remote control.

With over 40 years of deep cultivation in pressing equipment, HLT has been strategically advancing its "press diversification" initiative. In addition to traditional presses and aluminum profile extrusion presses, the company has actively expanded into powder metallurgy, refractories, and other diversified sectors, forming a press product matrix covering more than 50 models from 600 to 36,000 tons.
