On March 20, the upgraded 3# glazed tile/rustic tile intelligent production line, jointly developed by Hunan Tianxin Group · Tianxin Technology and HLT｜DLT, celebrated a grand ignition ceremony. This not only marks that Tianxin Technology has officially entered a new stage of large-scale, green, and high-efficiency development in its 5A upgrade journey, but also sets a new benchmark for high-quality development in the transformation and upgrading of the ceramic industry in Central China.
Hunan Tianxin Group is one of China's Top 500 Brands and one of Hunan Province's Top 100 Private Enterprises. Its main products cover rustic tiles, medium plates, glazed tiles, paving stones, etc., with an annual production capacity of 45 million ㎡, and it owns nine well-known brands.
This upgraded production line is a systematic upgrade and technological reform based on the full-dimensional requirements of the new national standard, deeply integrating digital control, automated operation, and green production technologies, which will help Tianxin Technology improve product quality.
The high-end equipment introduced for this production line from HLT｜DLT includes a ceramic body raw material comprehensive pretreatment and purification processing center, a complete raw material workshop line including two sets of 138m³*3 continuous ball mill systems, YP7890N automatic hydraulic press, Nymph-5A series intelligent double-deck roller kiln, and a power-saving self-circulating six-layer dryer.
The main products are glazed tiles and rustic tiles in specifications such as 800×800mm and 750×1500mm, with a designed daily capacity of 32,000 ㎡.
LQA-138/710 High-Efficiency Continuous Ball Mill System
With a single-unit volume of 138m³*3, the cylinder dimensions of φ4000×11000mm set a new record for single-unit continuous ball mill volume in China's ceramic industry. It not only achieves large capacity, high efficiency, and high quality but also features advantages such as power saving, small footprint, and high automation and informatization levels.
