Zhongqi Ceramics and HLT｜DLT have been cooperating since 2015. To date, nearly 20 energy-saving automatic hydraulic presses including models YP8890, YP4009, YP5009, and YP1800 have been put into operation, and one 4.0 high-end intelligent production line using coke oven gas (with high hydrogen content) as the primary fuel has been completed, providing a replicable low-carbon model for the industry.
Recently, Zhongqi once again launched a "quality control and upgrade" project. The second production line constructed by HLT｜DLT was successfully commissioned in one go and passed acceptance smoothly. Since commissioning, it has maintained stable operation, neat tile output, excellent tile flatness, and a yield rate of over 99%, receiving high praise and recognition from the customer.
This production line is designed to meet high standards for automated, digital, and intelligent production modes. The fuel primarily consists of coke oven gas (with high hydrogen content) and natural gas, making it an intelligent production line that integrates environmental protection, energy saving, and cleanliness. The equipment includes four YP4009 automatic hydraulic presses and one high-end intelligent DFC firing kiln.
It is equipped with the KHI kiln insulation reinforcement system, the PPC combustion air group control system, the KPR-S combustion air heating energy-saving system, the DDI4.0-A kiln digital intelligent control system, and an upgraded version of the DHR-PLUS heat recovery system, maximizing energy efficiency and automation levels. It can produce full-specification rustic tiles, medium plates, Roman columns, and other products, not only meeting customers' customized requirements but also continuously empowering Zhongqi Ceramics to enhance product quality and added value.
