On March 9, the brand-new smart production line of Anhui Xinyigao Ceramics was successfully ignited. This milestone not only injects new momentum into the company’s transformation and upgrading, but also marks the establishment of a new quality benchmark under the "5A" standard, signifying a strategic leap from a single focus on interior wall tiles to a diversified layout encompassing high-end full-polished tiles.
Xinyigao Ceramics operates four dedicated high-end interior wall tile production lines, with an annual output of 13 million m², positioning it as a pillar of the ceramic industry in northern Anhui, China. In 2025, as the industry shifts from "scale competition" to "quality competition," Xinyigao Ceramics has made substantial investments in technological upgrades to its equipment. By optimizing raw material selection and comprehensively adjusting production techniques, the company is undertaking a full-dimensional upgrade spanning hardware and software, aiming to achieve "diverse processes, flexible customization, and energy savings."
The newly ignited production line incorporates core equipment from DLT, including a high-end full-polished tile kiln, a Power-Saving Self-Circulating 6-Layer Dryer, and glazing lines. It integrates patented technologies such as the KPR-S combustion air heating energy-saving system, the DDI4.0-A digital intelligent kiln management and control system, the KHI Kiln Insulation Reinforcement System, the PPC combustion air group control system, and the 3HP self-cleaning heat exchanger. This setup enables flexible production of high-quality full-polished tiles in multiple specifications.
