Recently, a high-end wet-process glazed tile kiln, custom-designed by DLT for Yixing Tianyigui New Material Co., Ltd., was successfully ignited and put into operation. The kiln features a brand-new design (W2100/L222.6M), breaking through the inner-width limitations of conventional kilns in this sector while resolving load-bearing issues, resulting in a production increase of over 20%.
The kiln integrates advanced wet-process glazed tile manufacturing techniques and is equipped with the latest digital intelligent kiln management and control system, along with patented technologies such as the DHR heat recovery system, the PPC combustion air group control system, and the KPR-S combustion air heating energy-saving system. Multiple cooling methods are also employed to enable rapid cooling of densely arranged products, maximizing energy savings and consumption reduction.
The line primarily produces wet-process glazed tiles in the specification of 270×370×20mm, with a designed daily output of 50,000 pieces. The resulting glazed tiles exhibit excellent properties including high strength, good flatness, and low water absorption, helping the company achieve a dual leap in production capacity and product quality, while also laying a solid foundation for Tianyigui to expand into broader domestic and international markets.
