On March 6, a grand ignition ceremony was held for the 5A smart production line at Huashuo Ceramics Group's Enping Base – Guangdong Jinguanjia.
Under the guidance of the 5A standard, Huashuo Ceramics Group has invested heavily to build the industry's first 5A-standard smart factory at its Enping Base in Guangdong. The company has rolled out a series of strategic initiatives spanning multiple dimensions, including production lines, products, branding, and sales channels. The Enping 5A Smart Factory – Guangdong Jinguanjia has introduced 16 sets of HLT 100-ton intelligent Ball Mill Systems, which have played a key role in enhancing the high-quality development of the raw material preparation workshop.
The production line ignited this time features HLT｜DLT's newly upgraded YP8390 Automatic Hydraulic Tile Press, a high-end full-polished tile DFC kiln, a new-generation power-saving five-layer dryer, and glaze line dryers. These advanced installations will help the Huashuo Group break free from homogeneous competition and build differentiated advantages.

This press integrates multiple innovative designs, including a new double-winding pre-stressed steel wire split-frame design, a springless filling valve design, and a new plate-type ejection design. It provides the industry with efficient, stable, intelligent, and environmentally friendly ceramic slab (tile) production solutions, meeting the high-flexibility customization needs for large-volume, multi-type, and full-specification production, and has been highly praised by customers worldwide.
