The Nymph-series intelligent double-layer kiln from DLT has officially landed at Huaguan Ceramics. DLT from HLT&DLT and Huaguan signed the agreement with Huaguan at HLT&DLT’s Sanshui headquarter, marking a strategic entry into the ceramic 5A quality segment. The new kiln combines low-carbon, green, and flexible production. It is fully compatible with wide, narrow, thick, and thin formats, achieving space-saving, energy-efficient, high-quality production, thus helping Huaguan lead the new national standard.
The kiln features a patented upper/lower deck width-differentialized design, reducing energy consumption while increasing capacity and size versatility, achieving a low-consumption, high-efficiency win-win.
Upper Deck: 5 pcs/row of 400×800 mm GVT tiles, 20,000 m²/day
Lower Deck: 3 pcs/row of 600×1200 mm GVT tiles, 15,000 m²/day
