The High-Efficiency Digital Double-Layer Roller Kiln Developed by DLT Technology from HLT&DLT Listed in MIIT's Promotion Catalog

DLT Technology Co., Ltd. has made it into the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China's Catalog of Encouraged Technologies & Products for the Building Materials Industry (2025 Edition) with its self-developed High-Efficiency Digital Double-Layer Roller Kiln, recommended by the China Building Material Machinery Association.

The project features real-time digital monitoring, high output, stable quality, and low energy consumption. It holds full independent intellectual property rights, including 1 authorized invention patent, 11 utility model patents, 1 design patent, and 1 software copyright. When 750×1500 mm sintered slabs are produced, the kiln consumes less than 1.5 Nm³ of natural gas per square meter of tile, delivering outstanding energy savings. Expert evaluations have confirmed the technology's position at the international leading level.

This series has already been successfully adopted by leading Chinese manufacturers such as New Pearl Group, Oceano Ceramics, Jiayu Group, Shanxi Huaguan Ceramics, and Shandong Fulaite. It has also been put into production in projects across Bangladesh, Algeria, Colombia, India, and the Middle East.
