CIMIC Tiles' High-End Smart Full-Polished Glaze Production Line, Built by HLT&DLT, Successfully Fired Up

Recently, the high-end smart full-polished glaze production line at CIMIC Tiles' Jiangxi manufacturing base, built by HLT&DLT, was successfully fired up.

This production line incorporates HLT&DLT's PST-2000 energy-efficient & eco-friendly spray tower pulverizing system, the EM series high-efficiency self-circulating five-layer dryer, and the "4.0 Energy Efficiency Benchmark Smart Era" DFC-Alpha kiln along with supporting equipment. The line features high levels of automation, intelligence, and flexibility. It is capable of producing high-end full-polished glaze products in various specifications, including 9-11mm thickness, 800×800 mm, 600×1200 mm, 750×1500 mm, and 900×1800 mm, with a daily production capacity of nearly 20,000 ㎡. This greatly enhances CIMIC Tiles' flexibility in production and manufacturing.

In addition, the production line excels in energy-saving, consumption reduction, and environmental protection. The PST-2000 spray tower pulverizing system is a compact, energy-efficient, and eco-friendly solution with a scientifically designed structure and low overall heat loss. The DFC-Alpha kiln integrates several patented technologies, including the KHI insulation reinforcement system, DHR waste heat recovery and reheating system, and the PPC combustion air distribution control system. This results in significant energy-saving effects while easily accommodating the process requirements for various products.
