On February 28, the first Nymph Series Varied-Width Individual-Layer-Control Double-Deck Roller Kiln introduced by Huaguan Ceramics from DLT was successfully ignited and put into operation. Featuring an innovative design of "double-deck varied-width structure + intelligent flexible production," this kiln adds new momentum to the transformation and upgrading of Huaguan Ceramics and the industry as a whole.

The kiln adopts an innovative cross-section structure with unequal widths between the upper and lower decks, with independent layered control. It balances airflow distribution, temperature uniformity, and production efficiency while accommodating various product specifications and firing processes. With a stable kiln structure, precise independent temperature control, and optimized energy consumption for the double-deck design, it can be flexibly customized according to product sizes. It is a firing equipment that integrates high energy efficiency, high space utilization, excellent quality, strong compatibility, and flexible production.
The kiln incorporates core technologies including:
Enpro 4.0 Kiln Digital Control System
KHI Kiln Insulation Reinforcement System
PPC Combustion Air Group Control System
SIO Individual Layer Operation Technology
SMC Safety Partitioner Structure
COM Convenient Operation and Maintenance Technology
It is also equipped with industry-leading double-deck kiln interlayer anti-contamination treatment technology and a comprehensive upgraded energy saving system.
The kiln can run 5 pieces of 400×800mm or 3 pieces of 600×1200mm products simultaneously on the upper deck, with a production capacity of 20,000 m²/day; on the lower deck, it can run 3 pieces of 600×1200mm, 1 piece of 750×1500mm, or 1 piece of 900×1800mm products, with a capacity of up to 15,000 m²/day. Once in full operation, it will become a new benchmark demonstration project leading the building ceramics industry toward green and intelligent transformation.
It is worth noting that the multiple automatic hydraulic presses and extra-wide double-deck kilns that the two parties cooperated on in 2009 also set a demonstrative example for the industry in clean production, intelligent manufacturing, and high-quality development.
