Ruiyang Group's New 5A Production Line Successfully Ignites, Ushering in a New Chapter of High-Quality Development

On April 8, the 5A high-end intelligent polished glazed tile production line, built by HLT|DLT, was successfully ignited at the Qinyuanchun Production Base of Ruiyang Group. This production line integrates core equipment such as the ES Series Power-Saving Self-Circulating 6-Layer Dryer and the energy-efficient narrow-body kiln, marking a new stage in Ruiyang Group's transformation toward "smart manufacturing."


The line deeply integrates digital technologies such as 5G and AI, achieving a full-chain upgrade from hardware to software and accelerating the construction of an intelligent factory. 

It primarily produces specifications of 750×1500mm and 900×1800mm, with a designed daily capacity of 20,000 m². It enables comprehensive improvements in product quality, energy consumption control, and process levels, meeting diversified and flexible process requirements, further consolidating Ruiyang Group's supply capability in the high-end building materials market.


Energy-Efficient Narrow-Body Kiln

This kiln incorporates patented technologies including the Enpro 4.0 Kiln Digital Control System, KHI Kiln Insulation Reinforcement System, and PPC Combustion Air Group Control System. It features uniform firing temperature, excellent product consistency, and convenient maintenance, achieving low energy consumption, flexible production changeovers, and full-cycle intelligent operation.
