Facing the digital wave and the trend of consumption upgrading, Hangpai Sanitary Ware is vigorously promoting the intelligent upgrading of infrastructure and equipment.
Recently, Hangpai Sanitary Ware and DLT signed a new sanitary ware equipment agreement, introducing a series of advanced equipment including a fully automatic high-pressure slip casting system, intelligent sorting inspection line, and robotic handling system, further enhancing the automation level of Hangpai's production equipment and comprehensively improving product quality and production efficiency.

Hangpai Sanitary Ware is a comprehensive modern enterprise integrating the development, production, and sales of intelligent sanitary ware and intelligent circuit control boards. It owns three modern production bases, with an annual output of up to 200,000 sets of smart toilets. It provides one-stop, integrated sanitary space solutions for consumers and is also a key OEM strategic partner for numerous major sanitary ware brands both domestically and internationally.

This is the second collaboration between the two parties. The first project was successfully put into operation in December 2025, which deeply integrated cutting-edge technologies and incorporated three core links—intelligent semi-inspection line, robot glazer, and high-efficiency drying chamber—building a highly intelligent and automated production system.
The cooperation agreement signed this time represents a significant upgrade from the previous project. Through a mature digital-intelligent framework system, it synergistically introduces intelligent equipment and incorporates cutting-edge technologies such as 3D design software, ERP, MES, SCADA, energy management systems, AGV dispatching systems, automatic loading and unloading systems, and digital twin factories. This achieves full-process intelligent manufacturing management capabilities including digitalized planning control, fully automated production informatization, and intelligent warehousing, which will effectively help Hangpai Sanitary Ware establish a demonstration benchmark of a "digital factory" in the sanitary ware industry.
